1. Eligibility:

3. How to Enter:

3.1 You must watch the livestream on YouTube(https://www.youtube.com/c/AnkerOfficial)and the official websites(https://uk.ankerwork.com/pages/hot-deals） during the Promotion Period and must register an account on YouTube or at least have a Google account before leaving the designated comment.

3.2 You can then be in with a chance to earn a Prize via any of the following methods:

A：Around every half past the hour during the Promotion Period (the “Half Hour Prize Window”), the anchor will do a 321 countdown and to enter you can leave a comment in the YouTube live chat window, as quickly as possible, using the designated word, which will have been made clear by the anchor (for example, it could be 'I LOVE Anker' 'I LOVE eufy' 'I LOVE Soundcore' 'I LOVE Nebula' or 'I LOVE AnkerWork').

B: Around every hour during the Promotion Period (the “Hour Prize Window”), the anchor will do a 321 countdown and to enter you can leave a comment in the YouTube livestream chat, as quickly as possible, using the designated word, which will have been made clear by the anchor (for example, it could be 'Anker' 'eufy' 'Soundcore' 'Nebula' or 'AnkerWork').

3.3 Leaving the designated comment in the YouTube live chat window is the only qualified entry route into the Program.

4. Winner Selection and Prizes:

4.2 For each Half Hour Prize Window, the anchor will state the specific prize(s) available for that Half Hour Prize Window prior to the 321 countdown.

4.3 For each Hour Prize Window, the anchor will spin the wheel to select the prize(s) available for that Hour Prize Window prior to the 321 countdown.

4.4 For each Half Hour Prize Window and Hour Prize Window there will be three (3) winners. The 3 winners for each Half Hour Prize Window and Hour Prize Window will be the 3 users who are the quickest to leave the above designated word as a comment in the live stream chat window after the anchor counts down 321.

4.5 The anchor will take a screen shot of the 3 winners and the winners will be announced immediately by the anchor.

4.6 If you are announced as a winner, you must contact support@anker.com to claim your prize.

4.7 The winners partial email address will be presented on the live stream page and the official website of sponsor in 3 days after the Prime Day Livestream Prize Draw ends.

4.8 The promoter will start shipping prizes within 7 working days after they are claimed, and winners will receive prizes within 30 days from the closing date of the Prime Day Livestream Prize Draw.

4.9 All prizes will expire at 23:59:00 PDT, on 14th July 2022. Please claim your account identity to support@anker.com before the expiration date in a timely manner.

4.10 We will not provide you with an option to redeem a prize if you miss the expiration date by accident.

5. Additional Information:

5.1 Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or monetized.

5.2 The promoter reserves the right to remove the participant, qualification, or eligibility for rewards should the promoter determine that the participant has engaged in cheating or any type of fraudulent behaviour.

6. General Rules:

6.1 The promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

6.2 The promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the program or to amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

6.3 By entering the program each participant gives the promoter permission to publish their partial email address if they are a winner of one of the prizes unless the participant notifies the promoter that they do not wish for the promoter to make these details available. Please note that the promoter will nonetheless be required to provide the names of all prize winners to the Advertising Standard Authority if requested to do so.

8.1 This program and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws or provisions. All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this Program shall be submitted to the English courts. Participants living in Scotland will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of Scottish law and can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
